John Fuchs, Contractor

John, a native of Baltimore, Maryland was drawn to the West Coast when he was 21 years old, and has lived here ever since. He was interested in Construction from day 1...aside from a short two week stint on a fishing boat out of Moss Landing that left him knowing his passion wasn't on the ocean, but near it. John and his wife Robin, raised their daughter Taylor Jean in this beautiful Rio Del Mar Community they're happy to call home. He prides himself on working exclusively on projects in Santa Cruz County. He doesn’t feel he can provide the same level of service to his clients if he, his employees and subcontractors are running back and forth over the hill or even down to the Monterey Peninsula. Personalized service and attention to detail are the hallmarks of his business philosophy.

Carrey Ward, Project Manager

Carrey joined the team in June 2019. She comes from a strong client centered background and is a scheduling, multi-tasking, organizing, coordinator extraordinaire. She values creative people and loves being surrounded by carpenters, sub-contractors and designers. She feels that building a home is truly a work of art. When she’s not working, you can find her having a beer at a local brewery, planning her next Disney vacation, or hiking and going to the beach with her partner and their two children.
