John understood early on the direct connection between the real estate and construction industries. Construction clients wanted to do know if their proposed improvements were ‘over-building’ the neighborhood, and how much their home would be worth after the improvements. Potential buyers wanted to know how much it would cost to remodel a house, or put on an addition, or build a new home on a property they were considering. John understood the value to his clients to be able to offer his experience and expertise in both fields. It’s one of the many things that separate his real estate firm from all the rest!
